Returns & Refunds Policy- Nataliya X artwork

Thank you for shopping with Nataliya X artwork. I want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please read the policy below for details on returns, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with UK consumer law.

1. Your Legal Rights to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

If you purchase an item from this website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To exercise this right, you must contact me within 14 days of delivery at:

After notifying me of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

2. Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • It must be carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or I made an error

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches me- I strongly recommend using a tracked postal service

3. Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds include:

  • The full item price

  • The cost of standard delivery (if you paid for shipping)

Refunds do not include:

  • Premium or expedited delivery services

  • Return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty)

Refunds will be completed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Faulty or Incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you have the right to:

  • A repair,

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund.

In this case, I will cover the return shipping costs.

Please email me within a reasonable time at hello@nataliyaxartwork.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the fault

I may request additional evidence if more than 6 months have passed since purchase.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Custom or personalised artworks

  • Commissioned paintings created specifically for a client

  • Made-to-order pieces produced to your specifications

For all such items, i will always clearly state "non-refundable" on the product page.

6. Original Paintings vs Art Prints

  • Art Prints: Eligible for returns under the 14 day cancellation period, provided they are returned in original condition

  • Original Paintings: Eligible for returns under the 14 day cancellation period

  • Custom Commissions: Not eligible for a change-of-mind return

7. How to Start a Return

Email me at hello@nataliyaxartwork.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return (optional, unless faulty)

You will then receive return instructions and the return address.

8. This Policy Does Not Affect Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy restricts your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
